It’s about utilizing your network. I love to introduce all of my friends to all of my friends. Because we all have all of these things that we are doing.
I am his tattoo artist and he is my chef.
It’s great to see people who have our same drive and have your integrity.
Combining our efforts is makes us rise together. Getting to where you are doing events together and everyone is involved.
How do you weed out those people that you thought that you wanted to get involved?
If is somebody that you constantly help and they are not coming back to help you that is something I would look into. Is about o taking care of that relationship and not abusing it.

How did you open your first restaurant?
People only know about dos Bros. I had a major failure a couple of years back. I was at the bottom of my life. I tried a frozen yogurt concept Coco Berry, and it didn’t do well. I lost all of my money, all my saving from the last 10 years. I was at such a low for the first time in my life, that I had lost a lot of confidence.
My business partner Milan and my family members supported me. They said that I can’t give up. Can’t go back to working for another company. I was thinking of going back to my previous job as a manager for another business. But my friends and family told me to keep going. That gave me the confidence to I’ve it another try.
I started to research burritos concepts, and I looked at the top 5 brands. I started designing my own concept and it is going to be the best of the top 3-4 brands.
Since my business partner was from Cleveland, we saw that they didn’t have a burrito concept. So we decided to give it a try.
What would you say to people who just lost everything?
Choose great friends. I was blessed to have a great family. But another thing is that you don’t give up.
All I had was hope, and that just kept me going. Having really good friends and a great family is what got me out. And now I’m able to be successful.
