As a storm drenches burn-scarred California, mudslides and power outages are expected. In what meteorologists dubbed a "bomb cyclone," a massive storm drenched wildfire-ravaged Northern California on Sunday, sparking mudslides and flooding while heavy winds toppled electricity poles and destroyed trees.
