Simple 10 minute treadmill warmup I sometimes incorporate into my workouts, start with a high incline (e.g. level 7-12) and start walking backwards at speed level 1.. once you're comfortable walking backwards, move side to side in a skipping motion and then forward skips, play around with this and when you're ready start increasing the speed, have fun!
