Hi All,
I started playing the second part of the game with which i started my Gaming channel journey.
Water Tower is part of IGN’s Dying Light 2: Stay Human Walkthrough. In this Main Quest, Aiden will go to the Water Tower and confront Jack and Joe.

Now that Sophie knows why Aiden has been helping the Peacekeepers, she offers him another way to the Central Loop if he helps her and the Bazaarians instead. She asks Aiden to go to the Water Tower and deal with Jack and Joe.
Going to the Water Tower
On your way to the Water Tower, Hakon will call on the radio, and Aiden will fill him in on the situation.
To get to the Water Tower, track the mission from the Journal Menu and follow the yellow marker. Once there, you can enter the tower through the main entrance, but you'll have to lockpick the door first. There are some infected in the area, so you might want to deal with them first before attempting to open the door.
Disarming the Bombs
Lockpick the door and enter the tower; Aiden will radio Sophie and tell her that Jack and Joe are planning on blowing the tower up. She will ask him to try and disarm the charges. The first charge will be in front of you, on a red and white barrel; get close to interact with it.

Volcano Manor is a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring. Volcano Manor is unique in that much of its progression, if you so choose, can be done outside of the manor itself. You will be tasked with assassinating Tarnished from other worlds, rebelling against the Fingers and the Erdtree itself. There is another way to beat the dungeon, however, if this band of dissenters and their tasks do not appeal to you. You'll find guides for both the assassination questline and the dungeon area here for a complete run of this Legacy Dungeon.
