On Today's Lesson of Pro Teaches n00bs, @Pikashades joins me as we go over the Joker/Mask Crossover! It's a match made in heaven as it gives us utter insanity! The Mask makes it's wearer invincible! How can you stop an already mad man wearing it?
What happens when Gotham's Clown Prince of Crime discovers a thousand-year-old relic that will make him invincible? Unfortunately, Batman is about to find out! Be there for the first meeting between two of comics' greatest madmen, as the Joker and the Mask join forces (literally) to give the Dark Knight a run for his money! Don't miss out on the mayhem!
HOLY FUCKING SHIT! Normally I try and keep my reviews positive but this time I HAD to get this out! MY GOD ALMIGHTY did this issue SUCK! ANY good willI had towards Bendis is GONE OUT THE WINDOW! We finally see what led to Lois Leaving, the state she left Jonathan in, how things were going up until her departure and it made everything SO MUCH WORSE! It makes Lois a terrible human being AND mother at the same time, it make Jonathan COMPLETELY Gullible and stupid (and Violent too) and...GAAAAHHHH

On Today's Lesson of Pro Teaches n00bs, @RaymondGeeksOut joins me as we go over Star Trek vs Transformers! Set during Star Trek The Animated Series, the crew of the Enterprise meet the autobots as the war with the Decepticons starts up again
Four decades in the making, it's the crossover that fans have demanded! Kirk, Spock, and Autobots! Decepticons and Klingons! Optimus Prime and the Prime Directive!
When Kirk, Spock, and the entire crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise investigate problems at a remote mine, they're met with an explosive battle between powerful warriors who change into vehicles from the 20th century! As the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons rages, it's up to Kirk to decide--does he violate the Prime Directive and interfere in a war that's raged for millennia? And how will the Klingons complicate the issue? It's cartoony fun between two of the most popular science fiction franchises in the world!

I've gathered a backlog of Crowdfunded Comics lately. Some I don't have much to say, others are so big I'd rather just do a short talk about anyway. So let's go over each of them.
First I got the two Cyberfrog Unfrogettable Tales issues. Basically remasters of Ethan's first two published works of Cyberfrog. I thought they were good...but I felt the coloring was off. Could be because of Ethan's heavier inks, I'm not sure. It wasn't bad but just felt off.
Next is Juanpool by Mistah Mahvel. It's a fun satire featuring Juan, a large gay fat guy who causes the internet to crash after a trigger event where he talked about his favorite heroine, Badger Babe...only the whole world thinks she's Badger Bitch! Being made unperson-ed, he gains super powers and has to use them to find what happened to Badger Babe! This was fun and well drawn and written! can't wait for the third issue.
PanDEMic & Do As You're Told: The Ballad of No. These two books by Ya Boi Zack with artwork by Renzo Rodriguez and Kelsy Shannon...and...these were disappointments. They were too short, and felt like they were rushed out to make them timely. I applaud Zack for getting them out, and I'm interested in the upcoming third book...but PanDEMic ended just as it was getting good, and the Ballad of No just made very little sense. And the political jokes were a bit cringe. I didn't hate them, but compared to his other work, this felt subpar.
Punchline by Bill Williams and Matthew Weldon is a GREAT title which is about a new hero named Punchline who has to learn how to be a hero while her mentor/predecessor has her own demons to deal with! Very well drawn and written!
Flying Fortress by Eric Weathers and Andy Moore was...rough. Mostly in the artwork. Eric himself will openly admit the majority of the book his artwork is rough, and gets better at the end. The writing is also clever and the ideas are good. It's just a tad bit long. Still fun.
Shi, Return of the Warrior, by Billy Tucci was very good! We get a both real world and in universe return to Shi as she's become a single mother and her arch enemy has returned! The writing and artwork are amazing! The only problem...it ends on a cliffhanger!
Lastly is Maganificat Seven by Mike S. Miller! A political parody showing a bunch of conservative celebrities become superheroes to protect America/Trump from the far left! Very well done!
So yeah that's all the books I've had to catch up on! Overall the books rangers from Good to Great! Tune in next time as I go over Kamen America Vol 2 (Yeah its' the most recent one I got so it gets its own video) See ya then

On Today's Lesson of Pro Teaches n00bs, Stephnerd & Doxxy join me as we go over a crazy Planet of the Apes crossover! This time they're meeting up with the Green Lanterns! Unlike the Star Trek Crossover, this one deviates extremely from the movies.
When Cornelius discovers an all powerful ring in the Forbidden Zone, the Planet of the Apes becomes a battleground for its secrets, thrusting the Green Lantern Corps, Sinestro Corps, Red Lanterns, and more into a war they will never forget.

Bringing our Kaiju stuff full circle, going back to our Gamera Retrospective, Ingrid and I go over the Gamera comics!
Sadly there's not much to go over.
In my Arrow Videos Gamera collection has all 5 comics. The first is Matt Frank's The Last Hope Doujin he did to celebrate Gamera's 50th anniversary! Collected for the first time. This gave the origins to Heisei Gamera
Also Dark Horse attempted a Gamera comic, one that bridged the gap between the first two Heisei Gamera movies! It's just a wild romp that recreates Zigra (Sadly Poorly) and Viras (WAY more impressive)..
Yeah not a lot but it does bring things full circle. So enjoy people.

On Today's Lesson of Pro Teaches n00bs, @Pikashades joins me as we continue our Crisis Coverage with Dark Nights: Metal! Technically not a crisis itself but it sets up Death Metal which is. Pika also shares his Metal Fan fic that's pretty interesting
Beyond our universe there is the Multiverse... and beneath the Multiverse is a nightmare realm where every fear that has ever been felt on our Earth becomes reality. Now an evil force as old as time wants to drag us down into the shadows, into the realm of never-ending terror.
But when the door between worlds opens, it's not just any nightmares that come spilling out. They call themselves the Dark Knights. Each one is a twisted version of Batman from a world where one of his worst fears has come true.
With the invasion underway and Batman trapped in the Dark Multiverse, the Justice League must undergo an impossible quest to find the mysterious metals capable of repelling the Dark Knights and their master, the fearsome Barbatos. If they fail, everything they've ever known will be plunged into eternal darkness. But the true horror is... what if they're already too late?

Continuing with my The End series of videos, I'm going to be one that's a The End in all but name! Spider-Man: Reign is pretty much old Web-Heads Dark Knight Returns story. Let's go over the comparisons.
Main Hero is an old man and initially retired from heroing but is spurned back when they realize society has fallen so badly they need to come back? CHECK!
Comic is full of media personalities who give both exposition yet also continues to explain how this future has been operating? CHECK!
Hero, directly or indirectly, rallies a bunch of youths to fight against the bad guys? CHECK!
Old villain(s) come out of the wood work and usually resulting in one final battle? CHECK!
Written and drawn by the same person? CHECK (This case it's Kaare Andrews)
But even with those similarities, there's so much more differences in how they utilize them...for example in DKR Jason was killed off screen, but here MJ was killed by Peter's radioactive Jizz...LOL okay it's more to it than that but you're gonna have to watch and find out

On Today's Lesson of Pro Teaches n00bs, @adeadguy & @nerdygirlcreates655 join me as we talk about the controversial Identity Crisis! When it came out, it shocked many and was an entry point for a lot of readers! BUT it also started the trend of Darkening the DC Universe! Does the book still hold up? Well tune in to find out.
#1 New York Times best-selling author Brad Meltzer (The President’s Shadow, House of Secrets) delivers a look into the all-too-human lives of superheroes when the spouse of a member of the Justice League of America is brutally murdered. With one of their own dead, the entire superhero community searches for the killer, fearing their own loved ones may be the next targets. But before the mystery is fully solved, long-buried secrets of the heroes rise to the surface, threatening to tear apart and divide the heroes before they can bring the mysterious killer to justice. Rife with mystery, intrigue and tragedy, Meltzer brings the nuance and suspense of a mystery novel to the printed page, turning our conception of the mythological Justice League on its head and showing the deep humanity in our favorite heroes. With pencils by the divine Rags Morales, Identity Crisis is one of the great tales in League lore.
