Parasyte the Maxim and Tokyo Ghoul are too shows begging to be compared and reviewed in this weeks Anime Debate! Which is better? Debate in the comments below! *Parasyte VS Tokyo Ghoul* Parasyte the Maxim and Tokyo Ghoul are two very different series that are glaringly similar when you dig into the concept of trading your humanity for power and being placed in horrific situations that are not of your own doing. Each protagonist suffers loss and handles it in different ways but I can't help but find myself rooting for one vs the other by the end of each series. I don't want to spoil anything here but while both series conjure up a lot of sympathy in my heart only one leaves me truly moved, each resolution takes differing paths that change my opinions on the characters featured.
