This footage was provided by the wonderful SWORD club at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA, where this competition was held. All footage was recorded on November 6th, 2021 during the semi-annual SWORD combat robotics competition. The robots competing here were either 1lb Antweights or 3lb Beetleweights. All Beetleweight fights were 3 minutes in length but Antweight fights were 2 minutes in length. Antweights were a double elimination bracket- lose twice and you're out. Beetleweights are hard to explain. Each robot got to fight in three 3-way battles, and based on their performance, the top 12 robots were seeded into a single-elimination final for the event winner title.
