Davide Swarup is often said to be a « soul player ».
As a hang musician, a very unique one, he inspires and blows the mind away from thoughts or mental mechanisms.

An Osho lover since 2000, Davide Swarup has developed his own workshop meditation, where he combines and share all that he loves: therapy, dance, meditation and celebration in a unique process.

An experience where we can practice to let go into the dance, listen attentively to the live Hand Pan music from one of the pioneer of this beautiful instrument, be in silent, practice our own boundaries, consent, say yes, say no, say stop, trough Contact improvisation.

1st stage: Dance Celebration
30 minutes of high energy celebration where everybody is invited to participate and dance with totality.

2nd stage: Listening
Hang played live for 30 minutes. Sitting with eyes closed.
The more totality is brought to the celebration, the deeper the silence will go.

3rd stage: Be with yourself
10 minutes line down in silence.

4th stage: Conatct
Contact Improvisation, for 60 minutes.

Doors will open for guests at 19.00, so that you can drop into your self and the space.

?Meditation itself will begin at 19.30, the doors close and it will not be possible to come into the space.

?To create the conditions for a deeper processes, this is a non verbal event.

?What to bring:
* Comfortable loose clothing
* Water bottle
* Yogamat
* Food/Snacks to share

?Meditation Jams are monthly social co-created gatherings where you are invited to bring peace and find peace.

?No prior experience necessary, all that is required is your presence.

?An integral part of the Mediation Jam experience is the co-created potluck fika for the afterglow. ¡Please bring, we will be very Fikasugen after! Tea will be provided. If you bring your own cup, you will earn an extra hug.
