Florida governor Ron DeSantis has been fighting against the Disney Corporation for well over a year, and so far the biggest loser in this fight are the taxpayers of Florida. But this money that this district is, is asking for, it's not money that comes from Disney. It's, it's not money that's, you know, just sitting around in Tallahassee, the capital of Florida. No, it's taxpayer money. They've spent $2 million in taxpayer money this year alone fighting lawsuits against Disney. They might spend upwards of $6 million of our tax dollars here in Florida, fighting Disney next year. W i Why? This? This is my money. Not all of it. God knows. I'm not paying that much in taxes. I never made close to that amount in my life. But this is our money. This is our money that should be going to education. Instead, y'all are attacking education. You're screwing over teachers. This is money that could go to first responders, but you're not paying more first responders. Donald Trump may be the one on trial in New York, but it's Alina Haba who has really had the worst week out of anybody to start the week off. It was revealed that Alina Haba is in fact the one who oopsy Daisy forgot to fill out the form to have a jury trial instead of a bench trial. The judge, by the way, was kind enough to remind her of that on day one of the trial, like, Hey, we're here because you messed up. And then of course, on that same day, Alina Haba got in trouble by the judge because she was yelling while talking to him instead of just speaking in a normal voice. So he had to remind her to basically tone it the hell down, and then as if things couldn't get any worse for her, they got worse for her because Alina Haba, while yelling at the judge, yelled a bunch of things in court as part of her argument that were completely factually incorrect.
Now, this was not a part of her opening statement where, you know, sometimes lawyers can play a little fast and loose. They're trying to almost present sometimes an opinion rather than a statement of fact. Opening statements, you know, the rules are a little bit looser. This was actually during the trial and she said things to the judge that were untrue. One of them, of course, telling the judge what he said in his own ruling, even though what she said he said wasn't in the ruling, and the judge had to remind that, Hey, you are saying things that are not true. And that of course is why former assistant district attorney in Manhattan, Catherine Christian, told M S N B C, that Alina Haba might have to expect some, uh, pretty significant legal consequences when all of this is over. Here's what Catherine Christian said. There are no consequences for Donald Trump, but for his lawyers, because that wasn't an opening statement.
That was basically her giving a press statement. Uh, in court there's a professional responsibility. You can't make arguments that you knowingly know are not based in law and facts. You just can't make that. You can make arguments, you know, all of us who have tried cases could step on that line, but if you know for a fact that it's not based on law and facts, you're not supposed to make that. So she might be dealing with issues after this trial, so hopefully she's getting paid well, and again, that's actually coming from a legal expert, former assistant prosecutor in Manhattan. And Alina Haba has a lot of trouble facing her, right? You can't yell at the judge. I mean, the judge could technically just hold you in contempt for that if he felt like doing it. Um, but if you're gonna sit there and bring up things that are factually incorrect facts that the court, by the way, has already decided, okay, you do not get to tell the court
That they're wrong. They have been decided by that court already. So you are presenting an argument as a statement of fact, even though the court has said it's a lie, doesn't matter which feel court already made its decision on that. So yes, Alina Haa could be facing sanctions when all of this is over. If she continues this kind of behavior, she could be facing worse. She could be facing disciplinary hearings, which could strip her of her law license in the state of New York.

And he goes, I can't tell you that's classified, but he's already given up everything. That's pretty much exactly what happened with Laura anger. And he's like, Oh, it was a plane. It was filled with these people in dark uniforms. Uh, you know, they did this, the, the, the, the, Oh, really? Wow. What else? Well, we can't tell you anything else. You know, it's classified where there's an investigation. There's no evidence it's by the way that any of this ever happened, um, nobody can find any kind of airport surveillance that shows, you know, large groups of people in dark uniforms, boarding a plane. So I know the talk of the town recently has been all about Ukraine with regards to Donald Trump's impeachment. But let's not forget, okay, this guy is still facing several different investigations that are also pretty damaging. One of the ones that continues to fly under the radar is the Deutsche Bank scandal. And according to reports this week, that would apparently seems to be blowing up pretty massively as well, maybe not as quickly and as publicly as the Ukraine story, but the reports out this week say that a man by the name of vow Broeksmit who happens to be the son of a former Deutsche Bank executive, uh, who died in 2014. Mr. Broeksmit not that long ago was going through his father's files and his father's emails and came across a treasure trove of documents, some of which pertained to Donald Trump and his finances. And then Mr. Broeksmit, who for some reason his friends with Moby went to a party with Moby and Moby, who is friends with Adam Schiff.
Adam Schiff was at the party and introduced Broeksmit to Schiff and Broeksmit says, Hey, I've got a lot of these documents from Deutsche Bank. Uh, you know, some of them seem to implicate Donald Trump. Give me money and I'll hand them over to you to which shifts said of over, I'm not going to pay you for this. This is ridiculous. Then shift goes back to work and subpoenas the documents instead. So Broeksmit turns over the documents. He also gave them to the FBI, gave some of them to journalists and that's where we are today. They have these documents, both the FBI and Democrats in the house of representatives. And this isn't something that actually just happened this week. This is something that happened a little bit ago. So for all the talk, you know of Adam Schiff, Donald Trump's attacks on Adam Schiff, maybe he's directing his anger at the wrong person because Adam Schiff is not part of the committee.
I believe that's investigating this. This is a financial services committee issue. This is a judiciary committee issue. It's not the intelligence committee where shift is sitting. No, it's the other ones. So sure, Donald, keep attacking, shift. Go for it. Cause the real investigation, the one that truly threatens you and your entire family that's taking place and you're completely ignoring it. And luckily so is the media because the longer people ignore this story on the higher level, the more they're able to get done. The more these whistleblowers like Mr. Broeksmit, who yes, admittedly was out for money but didn't get it, turn it over anyway. The more people like this and maybe willing to come forward. Deutsche Bank has expressed their interest, their desire to comply with congressional subpoenas. It's the Trump administration that's holding that up in court. It's not going to last long, but once they do, the floodgates are going to be open on these documents in all hell is going to break loose for the president while he's too busy, right now, bitching about the Ukraine story to acknowledge the fact that his entire empire is about to come crumbling down.

More Epstein documents were unsealed this week and this time they actually do contain allegations that Donald Trump did engage in a sexual relationship with one of Epstein's victims. And the real irony here, by the way, is the fact that these, uh, new documents that were unsealed on Monday were actually unsealed at the request of Alan Dershowitz because he is trying to discredit one of the witnesses. 'cause you know, he's also facing some pretty serious allegations, which of course he denies, and he's trying to discredit the witness. But in doing so, caused the release of these documents that have this to say in the newly unsealed documents. A one of Jeffrey Epstein's victims by the name of Sarah Ransom, uh, testified that her unnamed friend was one of the many girls that had sexual relations with Donald Trump, including at Epstein's, New York townhouse. She confided in me about her casual friendship with Donald.
Mr. Trump's definitely seemed to have a thing for her. And she told me how he kept going on about how he liked her pert nipples. She testified. She then described in graphic detail how Trump allegedly caused pain to the victim's nipples and claims she saw the resulting injury firsthand. I also know she had sexual relations with Trump at Jeffrey's New York mansion on regular occasions as I once met Jen for coffee just before she was going to meet Trump and Epstein together at his mansion. Now, this report that I have here, and the other ones that I've looked for, it does not necessarily say that this was an underage girl. Uh, so we cannot necessarily make any assumptions based on that. And of course, right now, no actual charges have been filed against Donald Trump. No lawsuits have been filed against him. This is just what one of the victims of Epstein said during her, uh, I guess deposition is what this was.
So now Donald Trump has been directly accused by one of these victims, again, not charged, not sued, but accused by one of these victims who again, still remains unnamed. Trump's spokesperson, Stephen Chung came out and he said, these baseless accusations have been fully retracted because they're simply false and have no merit. That's not true. These statements have not been retracted. What has been retracted from this specific witness. Just so you know, everything's out in the open. Uh, she had claimed many years ago to Epstein that she had tapes, that she had made sex tapes of these people. And she later, uh, I think in 2019, retracted those statements, uh, because she said, listen, I didn't actually have tapes, but I said that to bring this to everybody's attention, to

So these statements she made about Donald Trump were not part of the statements she made about the tapes that were in fact retracted. So the statements about Trump were not retracted. So that's what it is. And let me tell you, this is actually so bad that even Trump allies right now are starting to panic and saying that Trump has been directly implicated. Rudy Giuliani was of course supposed to show up in Fulton county yesterday to talk to that grand jury. But a few days before he was supposed to show up, he told prosecutors, I got a note from my doctor that says I'm not allowed to fly. You know, cuz my heart condition. I, I, I can't travel. Can't do anything. So the prosecutors offered, well, we'll buy you a bus ticket. We'll get you down here one way or another. And Giuliani was like, Nope, sorry. Can't do it. Can't travel. So there was a hearing yesterday with the judge judge McBurney and the judge heard the arguments from Rudy Giuliani who said, look, I simply cannot travel to get down there. I can't do this. And the judge said hogwash, just because your doctor says you can't fly. Doesn't mean you can't sit on a train for 13 hours, get yourself down to Atlanta.
Then arrange transportation over to Fulton county. The judge even went as far as to say, hell, you could take an Uber. If you wanted to, it's a 13 hour trip, break it up over a couple days. Do whatever you have to do. But on August 17th, you have to be there. No excuses accepted. So Giuliani can no longer escape. The Fulton county, uh, special grand jury. And he will have to be down there by August 17th to testify. And part of the reason, by the way that his little excuse of, oh, I'm not allowed to travel. I'm so sorry was shot down by the court was because Rudy Giuliani of course is an idiot. And he had posted on August 1st on his social media account that he had traveled to New Hampshire.
So you're telling the prosecutors of the investigators, the judges and the grand jury. I'm not allowed to travel. And then you're posting all over your social media. Hey, look at me, traveling everywhere. Isn't this fun. I'm on vacation having the time of my life because I traveled now again, that was on August 1st. Giuliani was supposed to appear yesterday on August 9th. So an eight day difference. The doctor's note came of course before August 1st. So it's not like he developed this heart condition after he went to New Hampshire. No, he traveled with the heart condition. As many people are able to do. Sure. Flying could be a little dangerous because you're, you're up in the air. If an episode happens or an event happens, uh, it's very unlikely. You're gonna be able to get medical care. If you're flying, versus if you're driving, you can call 9 1, 1. Paramedics can get you. You can pull off to the nearest hospital. You can do whatever you need to do. And that's why they're saying just because you can't fly doesn't mean you can't get your butt down to Georgia, but again, what an idiot, right? you're telling this grand jury, you're telling the prosecutors, the lawyers, the judges, like I'm just, I'm not

According to a new report, Ivanka Trump has made the decision to not thoroughly embarrass Marco Rubio by running away against him in a primary in 2022.
