Gray Matter is a point-and-click adventure game designed by Jane Jensen, creator of the Sierra Entertainment Gabriel Knight series. The game was developed by Wizarbox and published by dtp entertainment for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360. It was released in November 2010 in Continental Europe and in English-speaking territories in 2011.
The game takes place in Oxford and, to a lesser extent, in London. It follows the story of Samantha Everett, a street performer and magician, and Professor David Styles, an acclaimed and mysterious neurobiologist.
After a tragic accident, neurobiologist Dr. David Styles has become a recluse, rarely leaving his home, the Dread Hill House. One day, Samantha Everett, a street magician, appears at Dr. Style's doorstep just as he is seeking a new assistant.
Samantha's first task is to find six people to form “The Lamb's Club” of human guinea pigs for Dr. Style's tests at Oxford University. The experiment starts off innocently enough, but then a chain of inexplicable incidents begin to occur, one after another.
Are these experiments as innocent as they appear? What is the true aim of Dr. Styles' research? What secrets are waiting to cross over from the other side?

LEATHERFACE: Shadow of Massacre puts you in the roles or Leatherface and his victims and essentially allows you to act out your own horror movie. In some scenes you’ll control a survivor as they attempt escape away from Leatherface and in other scenes you’ll play the maniacal Leatherface himself, chasing after his victims and revving hs trademark chainsaw.
LEATHERFACE: Shadow of Massacre is a pretty linear experience and it borrows assets from other games (most notably Dead by Daylight), but it’s very well put together and nails the vibe of Tobe Hooper’s classic movie. It’s a very cinematic experience and switching the gameplay between the victims and Leatherface is a particularly nice touch as it allows you to feel what it’s like to be on both ends of the chainsaw. Highly recommended.
