APEC 1/30: Bill Alek & David Chester
At this week's session, Bill Alek will be presenting an alternative model for the ARV, discussing engineering-level approaches to antigravity, and showcasing ZPE demo machines that he has constructed. David Chester will be discussing a quantum model of gravity, and how viewing the quantum vacuum as a meta-material allows novels approaches to a with antigravity engineer.
Our conference presentation schedule includes:
• 12:00pm PT: Bill Alek: ARV, Antigravity & ZPE Demos
Bill Alek is an electronics engineer with over 30 years of experience as an inventor, embedded computer hardware, and electronic hardware and software engineer. He joins us to discuss an alternative propulsion model for the ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicle), new approaches to antigravity, and also demonstrates newly patented ZPE energy devices built from PCM Resonators.
• 2:00pm PT: David Chester, Quantum Gravity, Metamaterials & Antigravity
A deep understanding of electromagnetism with gravity is needed in order to power antigravitic devices. While general relativity successfully matches most experimental data, cosmological data and unified field theory suggest that general relativity is incomplete. By exploring the most general framework of relativistic gravitational dynamics as a quantum field theory, multiple antigravity candidates are found. Conventional approaches from supergravity, string theory, and conformal gravity isolate simple antigravitic fields similar to Maxwell electrodynamics or Heaviside gravity. By understanding how the quantum vacuum is effectively a metamaterial, this perspective is used to study metamaterials for engineering applications of antigravity.
• 4:00pm PT: Lab Update / Open Discussion / Ad Hoc Presentations
Mark Sokol shows off the latest experimental work from Falcon Space Program, including projects by Jeremiah Popp, Wayne Ojala, Jeremy Rys, and more. Conference guests interested in presenting experimental info to the group are also invited to participate at this time. Please note that our focus is on engineerable experiments & test results.

Just to be clear this is not a warp drive.
But when you have a 125kv dc power supply you have to build an ion craft.
Ashira here is explaining why she thinks adding wings to the craft will make it fly better.

These are very simple and cheap to make.
They also fly better then the triangle shaped craft.
Be careful with the high voltage generation system.
