We like putting together simple and delicious meals, mostly plant-based, with healthy natural cheeses as well.
Here's what this meal is made of: - white beans with tomato paste, scallions, mixed olives, thyme and salt - boiled broccoli with salt - quick salad made using lettuce, tomato and cucumber - freshly baked sourdough rye bread - crème fraîche from France - English cheddar that came in beeswax
Most of the ingredients that we used are organically grown, but this is not a must of course.
