The Canterbury Cave, My greatest challenge yet! A crazy system of natural tunnels inside the cliffs at St. Margaret's Bay, Dover.
This link will give more info into the caves:

Canterbury Cave
This cave is a bit of an anomaly in an area now renowned for caves. Although Kent has lots of underground features not many are caused by natural erosion. Canterbury Cave is one such natural cave in a chalk layer emerging, just above the high waterline on the Kent coastline near St. Margaret’s Bay. The cave was not discovered until a cliff collapse in the 1960s and was mapped by the Chelsea Speleological Society in the 1970s; digging equipment at the far end suggests that it is still being explored by the Kent University Caving Club. A large entrance in the cliff face soon gives way to a flat out crawl punctuated by roomier passageway, a couple passages to the sides only end on chocks as does the main passage after about 400ft. As caves go this may not rate very highly, but in an area not renown for caves it’s quite an interesting feature.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A cave or cavern is a hollow place in the ground, especially natural underground space large enough for a human to enter. Caves form naturally by the weathering of rock and often extend deep underground. The word "cave" can also refer to much smaller openings such as sea caves, rock shelters, and grottos.
Speleology is the science of exploration and study of all aspects of caves and the cave environment. Visiting or exploring caves for recreation may be called caving, potholing, or spelunking. #dovertunnels

This guns information: Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk1 by BSA (Birmingham Small Arms) dated 1945.
The Lee–Enfield is a bolt-action, magazine-fed, repeating rifle that served as the main firearm used by the military forces of the British Empire and Commonwealth during the first half of the 20th century. It was the British Army's standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957.[3][4] The WWI versions are often referred to as the "SMLE," which is short for the common "Short Magazine Lee-Enfield" variant.

Langdon Battery Observation Post located on the White Cliffs of Dover.
This location was a observation post (look out) for Langdon Battery which today is the Dover coastguard station.
A brick lined and unlined tunnel links the battery to the OP on the cliff face. The tunnel is blocked half way with what seems to be meter think of concrete and steel.
This video shows you inside the OP and what remains today. #dovertunnels
