While conducting #investigations of #PoliceHostility in #Gainesville #Florida , I came across this traffic stop and immediately was met with #PoliceHostility from this officer, later identified as Bailey 837 of #Gainesville PD. As you will see in this video Bailey knowingly restricted my #FreedomOfThePress #firstamendment #right by glassing my camera with his tactical flashlight in efforts to blind my camera, he claims in the name of Officer safety. The #firstamendment , #FreedomOfThePress does not give #rights to officer safety. More information can be found with a simple internet search 42 US Code 1983 and 1985 . At no point did I break any Law gathering the content or this story. There is no expectation of privacy in public. Later in the video you may notice a couple standing across the street, the female was a family member of the driver.
