Classic 1996 - Western Pacific - Boeing 737-300 - KMCO-KCOS
Footage covering takeoff and cruise flight from Orlando (KMCO) to Colorado Springs, CO (KCOS) aboard the classic Western Pacific Airlines "Super Summer Saver Jet" LogoJet, Boeing 737-3YO. This flight was in October 1996. Western Pacific Airlines operated from its hub in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the time and in 1998 filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations after a short time with Denver as a hub. This aircraft flew for 20 years. After Western Pacific ceased operating, the aircraft joined America West Airlines and US Airways as N334AW and flew another 10 years until its retirement in 2007.Thanks for watching!

Various aircraft take-off on runway 26L at Stapleton International Airport in December 1990. Incidentally, this was recorded a few weeks after the large fuel farm fire of Nov 24, 1990. The burned tanks visible in some shots. The 727's use a lot of runway. The rare De Havilland Dash 7's of Continental Express operated by Rocky Mountain Airways. Some new American Airlines MD-80's parked overnight on the E concourse. A Heavy United DC-10 take off. A Continental Boeing 727 on People Express colors.
