Today we make the BEST chicken wings in an air fryer! And to me that means CRISPY chicken & super simple seasoning! I think the wing is the tastiest part of the chicken so I don't normally do anything crazy, just let the chicken taste like chicken, its okay!

~1 teaspoon of salt per lb of chicken, pepper to taste.
Air fry @ 400F for 30-45 minutes depending on how crispy you like your chicken wings. If its not a rotisserie model, flip chicken wings half way through.

Today we make this quick and easy French classic, the Croque Monsieur! Which literally translates to "Mr Crunchy". This is a baked ham and cheese sandwich with layers of lovely béchamel sauce to really make it something special!

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
(optional) 1 teaspoon mustard
