While stuck at home we still need to be able to increase our vertical jump, so this video I'm showing you how to increase your vertical jump during quarantine. Full at home workout for increasing vertical jump, using just your body weight. This video is part 2 of my vertical jump training during quarantine series.
Most people think you need a bunch of weight and a lot of different equipment in order to increase your vertical for your bodies highest potential. While this is true in some situations, for most of us we only need to be doing body weight exercises anyway. The only people that are in the heavy weighted categories with vertical jump are the experts that have been vertical jump training for years. Mastering your body weight before getting into the heavy weighted exercises is going to help with a number of things, with it being the fastest way and safest way.
