In this section of the how to make a beat selling website course, I give you instructions on how to create a static homepage. This is useful if you would like to sell your beats on or for creating an about me page.

It's a good idea for beat makers to build trust on the beat sites they make. At the end of the day, you are selling a product to the public and most people want to know more about the beatmaker behind the website.
This gives the person that is buying the beats more confidence that they won't get scammed and if they pay for beats they get delivered asap.
I also show you a simple way of adding a contact form to your beat store. This gives the artist that purchase your beats from your site the chance to contact you about their purchases or if they would like additional custom hip hop beats produced by you.

Just looking recently at my stats and the trends on many hip hop beat selling websites I noticed that sample beats are the most popular beats with rap artist's online. I saw that most of beats for sale on my website that have sold were that of sample beats.
One beat in particular is that of my "Wonderful beat" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4X-mSuIISA is one of my most popular beats. I feel that the main reason artist like to use sample beats for the their mixtapes has to do with the fact that they are beats with hooks.
Having a sampled beat with pre-made chorus makes life much easier and cheaper for the artist as the producer or beat maker has half of the song complete for the rapper just to rapper his or her verses on the beat.
