Israel reportedly had NO effective monitoring system for adverse reactions to the Covid vaccine in 2021 when the world RELIED on their data to guide vaccine policy, including mandates. Israeli health reporter Yaffa Shir-Raz told Rebel News that “Israel was Pfizer’s laboratory” and the FDA’s decision to approve the booster shot was based on Israeli data. “But what the world did not know is that almost for the entire year in which all the population was vaccinated two, even three doses, Israel did not have any functioning monitoring system,” she said. Shir-Raz said the Ministry of Health lied, to its own people and to the FDA, when it claimed side effects from the vaccine were minimal and short term. They had no way of knowing, she said. The journalist claims that it wasn’t until December 2021 that a six month study of reactions to the vaccine was properly conducted, the results of which completely contradicted advice the Ministry of Health had previously given. “Those results actually contradict the entire narrative that we were told and the narrative was that side effects are mostly mild, if any,” she said. “They found new side effects not listed by Pfizer, including very serious ones such as neurological ones … and menstrual irregularities.” Shir-Raz says that when results of the study were presented in May of this year the Israeli Ministry of Health stopped the research. Erwin Chemerinsky is the current Dean of Berkeley Law School (where I attended law school) and considered by many measures the country’s leading constitutional scholar. I used his constitutional textbook in law school and still have his constitutional treatise in my office! When a group of students at one of Berkeley’s medical schools objected to its Covid-19 mandate, the school asked Dean Chemerinsky to give them a talk about the legality of this mandate. Instead of just a lecture, the students asked to invite someone to debate the Dean, and they reached out to me for that role. I agreed – it was a bucket list item I didn’t even know I had. While those who follow me know that I think all vaccine mandates are unconstitutional (and immoral and unethical), my goal was to persuade the Dean that at least in a situation where a drug does not prevent infection and transmission, mandating it would be unconstitutional. Because otherwise, there is no drug the government could not constitutionally mandate. The debate was held on May 31, 2022, and during the debate I pressed that point, genuinely hoping to get the Dean to think about the implications of permitting the government to mandate a drug that is meant for personal protection. As a tried-and-true attorney, I did not expect him to give ground during the debate but hoped he would give it serious thought after the debate. That it would influence his thinking. You can now, in fact, judge for yourself if you think that occurred because I was recently provided a copy of this debate. It was provided to me by a student who helped organize the debate and he told me that a copy of this debate was supposed to be distributed in the school’s digital newsletter. Many in the vaccine-injured community have been told their symptoms—from piercing, constant ringing in their ears to paralysis in their lower body—is due to “anxiety.” Interview by EpochTV's American Thought Leaders - Jan Jekielek Brianne Dressen, a former preschool teacher in Utah, was severely injured after participating in AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial in November 2020. She is the co-chair of React19, the leading non-profit organization aiding those injured by the genetic vaccines. “This has happened to tens of thousands of Americans that I know of—it’s likely far more—where patients are met with physicians that are doubtful, unbelieving, and in many cases, just outright dismissive to their patient’s complaints. And that really puts the patient in a very vulnerable situation, especially if you have family members that are doubtful of what’s actually happening with you… There’s some people that have made the ultimate choice to end their suffering,” said Dressen. Dressen’s organization, run entirely by volunteers, is working with over 20,000 vaccine-injured Americans to help them get the treatment and support they need and connect them to doctors willing to help them. “We want the injured to be empowered to be able to make their decisions and take ownership of their healing when everything around them—their medical teams, their jobs, their government—has abandoned them and essentially stripped them of that power.” Dressen says the NIH knows a lot more than they let on. After Dressen and her husband repeatedly pled for help, the NIH flew her and others to the NIH to be evaluated, studied, and in some cases, treated. But to this day, the public and the medical community are not being informed about the major neurological injuries that can occur post-vaccination—even though the NIH knows early intervention is key for such autoimmune dysfunction. Mr. Jekielek: It’s been about a year since you sat down here on American Thought Leaders with Maddie de Garay and Stephanie de Garay and frankly helped introduce me to the realities facing the vaccine injured in America, specifically related to these genetic vaccines. And so I’m really happy to have you back and to figure out what has happened in a year. I know a lot has. What I want to do to start is just to get your personal story here for the record. What happened to you? Ms. Dressen: My personal story started a long time ago. It’s been over two years now. Before my vaccine, I was healthy. I was a mother of two young kids, a preschool teacher. I was definitely all in. It wasn’t a matter of if I was going to get the vaccine, but it was going to be when. So the soonest I could get it, I was going to do that. And at the time, I firmly believed that if I got vaccinated, I would not spread the disease to others. And I wanted to do everything I could to be part of the solution to take care of those around me. So I signed up for a clinical trial with AstraZeneca here in the United States and got my shot on November 4th, 2020. And within an hour, I had tingling down the same arm of my shot. And later that night, my vision had become blurry and double. And within two and a half weeks, I had landed in the hospital after four ER visits. Each visit had new symptoms that were very concerning. Severe tachycardia, bradycardia, limb weakness. The paresthesias moved from one arm to the next to all over my body. This horrific electric shock all over my body that I still deal with this day. Severe tinnitus. So I had a freight train sound in one ear, and a high in E in the other. And when I landed in the hospital, my legs just … They gave out. They weren’t working anymore. I’d become incontinent. My sensitivity to light and sound had become so severe that my kids couldn’t touch me. They couldn’t be in the same room as me. My husband had put towels over the windows to make the room darker. He would come in to check on me, and even just the swishing of his pants was too painful for my ears. The running of water was too painful for my ears. The dog panting was too much for my ears. So it was bad enough that I had to be holed up in a room by myself 24/7. Removed from my family, definitely removed from my career and everything else.
