In this video some of the group talk through finding some of the balance, between the material and spiritual world, and whatever dichotomy supposedly lies there.
Stay tuned for my "Reinstating Hara" free book release, finally coming this weekend.

This week we are privileged to renowned philosopher of the traditionalist school, Harry Oldmeadow.
Author of over 9 books including my personal favourites “Black Elk: Lakota visionary and Fritjof Schuon and the Perennial School” and more articles than you could poke a stick at. I can assure you the juice is worth the squeeze.
Some of those well acquainted with this school may find some parts of this podcast introductory in nature - that is indeed the intention.
Though as far as I’m concerned it was all fascinating. Harry will be on soon to delve more deeply into certain matters.
Harry’s depth of understanding and breadth of knowledge means he can easily bring meta concepts down to earth - and I'm sure this will be helpful for beginners.
In episode one we talk on traditionalists, Utopia’s, Tibet, Saints and nihilism, what Harry says you should do, and much more.
So it’s with great pleasure and no further ado that i bring you episode one of the ship of fools podcast - featuring Harry Oldmeadow

Jan de Maansnijder is a traditionalist, running a blog of high quality, link below. His works deal with Christian esoteric mysticism and symbolism. We all exist merely as a side narrative of the life of JDM, it has always been thus.
As many of you know Jan textually lays waste to all sorts of absurdities inherent in modernity, such as the accelerated movement from the corporeal to digital weeb sub-corporeal of pure quantity and even some lighter subjects like how neanderthals are merely a psyop created by social darwinists to push the great lie of evolution. Also Jan has created certain allegedly highly effective PUA tips that I won’t repeat here.
We spoke on such matters as Janua Coeli and the Prima Materia and his conception of these ancient symbologies. His blog is extremely insightful, please check out:

This short clip was taken from MIT Scientist Dr. Stephanie Seneff talking about consequences of mRNA vax and possible mechanisms for trouble in the future. In this clip Dr. Seneff talks though possible issues with human reproduction and the potential for this RNA to be encoded in the DNA of future generations. Perhaps creating a generation of viral super-spreaders.
This clip was taken from the full episode "Worse than the Disease? Possible Unintended Consequences of mRNA Vaccines with Dr. Stephanie Seneff"
Dr. Seneff has an intimidating academic record as a senior research scientist at MIT, where she has had continuous affiliation for more than five decades. After receiving four degrees from MIT in Biophysics,Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, she conducted research in packet-switched networks, computational modelling of the human auditory system, natural language processing and spoken dialogue systems,.
Stephanie is Currently a Senior Research Scientist, being MIT’s highest research rank at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. For over a decade, since 2008, she has directed her attention towards the role of nutrition and environmental toxicants on human disease, with a special emphasis on the herbicide glyphosate. And here we continue very much in the same vein, links to books as follows:

This week we are privileged to speak to Alchemist Phoenix Aurelius on his concept of "Alchemi-Culture". That is the art and science of utilising the principles of alchemy for the purposes of agriculture, and effectively building another layer on top of Seiner’s bio-dynamic theory. My mind was completely and utterly blown after this, something that rarely happens these days and I guarantee yours will also.
Phoenix has a wonderful story - by happenstance, or as we will see perhaps not, inheriting an alchemical laboratory and library from the famous German alchemist Frater Albertus from a former office manager of the famous Paracelsus Research Society in Salt Lake City. From his earliest days of being naturally inclined to the science and art of alchemy, he has built and incredible breadth of knowledge on these issues and I got so much from this talk, as you will.
These days Phoenix focuses on agricultural experimentation, manufacturing organic, bio-dynamic medicinal alchemical spagyric tinctures and also provides education for up and coming alchemists running courses online. You can find more information at https://www.phoenixaurelius.org

SOFCast Episode 23
This week I'm reflecting on something momentous and yet so simple, in my own journey. Something everyone can also benefit from looking into. And that is the fact we have no head.
I also share an exercise devised by Douglas Harding, you can try yourself to see that you also do not have a head. His way was the way of having no head.
Subscribe for more videos like this, and many more to come.
There are elements of Buddhism here, non-duality, philosophy, ecology, and spiritual practices - all with a practical bent.

This week we are privileged to speak to Zen master, Peter “Genjo” Bruza.
Peter started Zen practice in the late 80’s with the “Kanzeon Sangha” in The Netherlands while he was working in computer science. His first teacher was Genno Roshi, who as we will hear, greatly helped him on The Way. After moving back to Australia he briefly studied within the Korean Kwan Um school of Zen. From there and as we will see in a rather moving recounting, he met is master “Hogen Yamahata” at a sesshin near Byron Bay in 1995. Since then he has been studying under Hogen san's guidance and became a Dharma successor in 2008. He currently works as an academic.
I have engaged in Zazen in Peter’s circle on many occasions in the past and was always vastly impressed with him. He is one of those rare individuals some of us are privileged enough to encounter in our lifetimes. I hope you are also able to engage with his excellent descriptions and knowledge on “Zen and Awareness”.
Interview Starts 03:55 04:30 PB'S lineage, meeting his master 13:00 Decline in Japan, Hogen san's journey 20:50 Driving from home - What was I missing? 24:00 Buddhism and Christianity, Experience vs Theological salvation? 35:30 How did Zen develop? Focusing on the Body, China & Japan - Dialectics, Conceptualization and Experimentation 47:40 Shortcomings of Language and Conceptualization 51:00 Awareness is?
