My GF says this time lapse makes her feel like it's a check point in a video game. Where you might go to sleep and rest till the next morning for the new chapter in your adventure.

Last week I received a book I ordered from Amazon titled "Digital Photography Complete Course: Learn Everything You Need to Know in 20 Weeks." It's a very comphensive guide to learning photography. I'm going to do the lessons in it as I'm only a novice photographer. I feel I know enough about composition but I lack knowledge of even the basics and fix whatever I can in post. I do everything manually though, nothing auto. Who knows I may even start a separate new LBRY channel on my learning photography.

First damn them flies! I almost trashed this time lapse. Those flies all swarming up my lens and shit. That's what I get for setting up my tripod in tall grass and weeds. At the end of the lapse, turning off my camera I also noticed one of them flies having a little rest on the glass of my lens. However when editing because I was fully zoomed in, that little bugger missed the camera's sensor.
Secondly, I had a few dozen people crisscross my frame ruining the beautiful lapse. My fault for not thinking it out, but in post-production I deleted a couple dozen of those photos out. Sadly still 8 frames with people remained that I could delete without the animation jumping too much. So with the magic of photoshop, Presto!

Grape Flavoured Sky!
You never know what's around the corner. Expect the unexpected! I find the unexpected in these timelapses. I'll be like looking at them clouds thinking nothing is moving, like wtf?! I'm always wrong.

To my surprise I never knew clouds moved like this. For the hour of my time lapse capture these gimongous cloud formations whirled and twirled in one spot. I always assumed that clouds moved along some trajectory path. Fascinating!

Stopped to watch the clouds chase the rain away.

Time SkyLapse 4. Cold and Cloudy Day with some lovely violet and fuchsia colour grading with a touch of golden yellows. Made this in mid-January of this year and now noticing my lens or sensor back then is a little bit dirty. Oops.

The city is busy and everyone is back on the move. I took a walk down to the inlet to catch some sun and of course watch the clouds. Easy Days :D

This timelapse business sure has a lot of downtime waiting for an hour or so to shoot each lapse, then processing and editing takes and additional 2 - 4 hours. During the time lapses I mostly laying about, reading, writing notes, people watch or scheming new ideas. However I find that it's not productive enough and a big time waste. So sometime next week I'm going to start bring a laptop to start processing and editing the lapses and hope to be more productive in the following couple weeks. I also purchased a few additional items to help create additional video content and a new camera bag because I have been awkardly lugging around my tripod, accessories and camera wrapped in my toque in an old ratty medium sized shoulder bag.
