I always know exactly what I can lift at all times. Therefore, I decided it would be best to maintain the same weight as last week instead of increasing it. I made the right call as it felt harder today than it did last week. After the first set almost failed, I became laser-focused afterward to avoid failure at all cost. This is my second time performing the same weight twice in a row on this movement. Ideally, I only want to do this two more times before week 20.

I dread every Tuesday's workout. Every fiber in my being is literally BEGGING me not to perform these sets. I've never experienced such an intense mental game in all of my training EVER. Every set sends me deep into the V̵̦͎̥̾͠ ̷̠͇͉͒͑̽Ô̴̢̼̠̐ ̶͖̤̿̆͌Į̵̬̝̈̊́ ̶̥̈́D̵̼́̾ and it is a dark and scary place. It feels hopeless in the V̵̦͎̥̾͠ ̷̠͇͉͒͑̽Ô̴̢̼̠̐ ̶͖̤̿̆͌Į̵̬̝̈̊́ ̶̥̈́D̵̼́̾ but I have to ignore the mental voice in my head and push through anyway. MOMMA DIDN'T RAISE NO BITCH!!! I will become comfortable with my life in the V̵̦͎̥̾͠ ̷̠͇͉͒͑̽Ô̴̢̼̠̐ ̶͖̤̿̆͌Į̵̬̝̈̊́ ̶̥̈́D̵̼́̾ And if you think I'm exaggerating about the difficulty of these workouts, try it yourself.
