Lyrics below:
"Last night I dreamed a twisted dream
I beg you for wisdom that I may glean
I appeared in a building at twelve seventeen
Its walls were sterile, and floors were clean
With halls perennial, empty and serene
I wandered far and found myself alone
The only sound was my foot against stone
Long gone were indifferent faces
Endless bodies of indistinct traces
Color and light of varied graces
Each amidst struggles and trapped in races
Victories lapsed in the final paces
I wandered far and found myself alone
The only sound was my foot against stone
Searching for souls I became aware
The lack of company did little to scare
I hoped for a mystery to be laid bare
To find only me wandering in there
Looking for something meaningfully rare
I wandered far and found myself alone
The only sound was my foot against stone
The building morphed and rooms were hexed
At each turn I became perplexed
No longer did I wonder what could be next
As chambers combined and halls annexed
My muscles weakened as my soul was vexed
I wandered far and found myself alone
The only sound was my foot against stone
My sauntering at last gave way to flight
Not that I had succumbed to fright
Yet with none around and nothing in sight
But walls of gray and ceilings of white
These empty halls began to feel tight
I wandered far and found myself alone
The only sound was my foot against stone
I found an exit to the world outside
The world from which I longed to hide
I floated around quite mollified
Gazed at walls much like inside
Gray and white and ossified
At the front I found a door
Perhaps I'd reach the structure's core
My heart beat on for something more
My wary feet touched solid floor
My mind alight for what was in store
No triumph awaited, no golden throne
Neither tinny cheer nor mournful moan
I bore no virtue or feat to condone
Nor did I shoulder a guilt to atone
Thus I did wander tired and alone"

LYRICS:
Buried beneath layers of inherent darkness and masked by deception and villainy, the truth can only shine so bright. It is naive to think truth can be self-evident. It is pride that thinks as much, and pride is the blood-kin of falsehood.
End the lies!
No one can be led to the truth by the efforts of another, nor can the truth be obvious even to the inquiring mind. So inclined, the inquisitive seeker can only hope to tear away so many layers before the limits of mortality and of the human condition hold them back.
End the lies!
The very act of revelation is destruction. To come face to face with the startling realization that one has been living a lie is a channel so dark that to wade its waters, only an experienced swimmer can hope to survive when the riptide carries one away.
You can be sure of one thing: few who tread this path come immediately into light. The truth lay buried in filth, crusted in lies and misunderstandings.
End the lies!
If today the truth were broken over the dinner plate of this lost culture, its crumbs would spread over the delicacies of deception sown throughout time. Such a spoiling would most certainly lead to violence the likes of which this world has never seen. The outpouring of wrath would shake the foundations of the Earth as thieves and murderers plunder the wealth of uncertainty in the days following.
Lies!
Bring the truth to light.
It is this realm into which the greatest tyrant to ever live will be born. Upon the shoulders of desperation and sped along by hands wreathed in shadows deeper than the reaches of space, this figurehead will be ushered to seat himself at the throne of humanity. "King, king," will the world plead in unison, "none like you have ever lived! Save us from our demons!"
And demons will he employ to bring all nations to their knees. These umbral soldiers will bring terrors untold upon his enemies, and both the great and small alike will sing his praises to the melody of depravity and the cadence of the grave.
Thus will the cycle complete, and the world which so soon prior shunned lies will forsake the truth.
The darkness is inevitable. For this reason, I beg of you: embrace the truth, no matter its dimness or the brevity of your existence. But do not turn a blind eye to the shadows, for they creep in even now.
Bring the truth to light?
