Here’s what we do know: Things are about to get very brutal for the survivors now that the Whisperers have arrived. If the television series adapts one of the comics’ storylines, it’s possible that several characters’ heads (not necessarily the same ones as on the pages) could end up on spikes soon. "Well, the second half of season 9, we really dive deeper into the story of the Whisperers," Kang said.
