I don't mess around with food. I'm a hungry boy. I need to eat big at 1800 calories a day to maintain the shreds. Nobody does High volume, high protein like I do. NOBODY. Why? Everyone else cheats by going low/zero fat. I still give you fats. You still get higher fats on my daily diet than you get in carbs. THAT IS HARD math to do when you see the food and the volume.

Don't even hint at making up new terms to cover up the fact that a bunch of bros are attacking you, Greg. Just focus on your philosophy and roll with it. Yes, sometimes your detractors are right, but that doesn't mean you post a YT video that is essentially a self-own. Simply acknowledge the error, correct it and move on. They will keep nipping at your heels, but that's what they're going to do anyways! On top of feeding the trolls, you actually gave them further validation that their tact was right.
Now, with silly new words, it just seems like the whole debate got... well, silly. This topic isn't effing silly. People would DIE to have their ideal physique. People cry, even commit suicide over their perception of self. It isn't a debate worth taking the "L" for. We have to promote healthy body images and also body REALITY (not static positivity). We should all be pushed a little bit. We can always do better.
Just because some people on the margin experienced difficulties going lower body fat DOES NOT necessarily mean they did the weight loss correctly! My transformation took years, so why the F would we tell our clients to go on a crash diet? Exactly. Therefore, if someone blames you (falsely) for their plight, you have to take that as part of the game. Personal responsibility still exists and will always exist because blaming others only works when the blame actually lands. Otherwise (and usually the case) we are all alone to our own means.
