Judge Nolan, I am asking you to please rescind your order to show cause for "failing to abide by the court and not cooperating with probation officer Meegan Shepherd.
She first contacted me when I was in the middle of a 118 page complaint against two Michigan Secretary of State Judges Brian Longman and Nicole Soma, who both helped sabotage my Lapeer case, and made it impossible for me to attend ANY hearings, including your 10-2-23 sentencing hearing. THEY TOOK AWAY MY TRANSPORTATION TO GET 3 1/2 HOURS TO YOUR COURT FOR NO LEGAL REASONS.
When I emailed my 118 page complaint to the Secretary of State on 9-6-23, I included you, Judge Nolan, so you know I was busy writing it, instead of filling out Ms. Shepherd's questionnaire. I told her that I would fill it out as soon as I got my 118 page document to the Secretary of State. And I did, on 9-7-23.
I called Ms. Shepherd and we agreed to finish what she needs next week, Judge Nolan.
PLEASE RESCIND YOUR COMMAND THAT I APPEAR IN YOUR COURT ON 9-18-23 BECAUSE I WILL HAVE COMPLIED WITH MS. SHEPHERD. AND YOU KNOW I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION TO GET THERE. AND I HOPE MY 118 EVIDENCE PAGES WILL CONVINCE THE SOS TO GIVE ME MY LICENSE BACK BEFORE YOUR 10-2-23 SENTENCING HEARING OR I WON'T BE ABLE TO ATTEND THAT EITHER.

I compiled a 118 page evidence document that included numerous videos that proves that SOS Judge Brian Longman is getting paid off by his vehicle interlock company Intoxalock to cheat Michigan taxpayers with "FALSE MAJOR VIOLATIONS" BASED ON NO FACTS.
Intoxalock's own independent service contractor, Adam's Auto in Mount Pleasant Michigan claim that Intoxalock are crooks that don't pay their bills and owe them thousands of dollars. Their manager Jeremy claims he knows all about how SOS Judge Brian Longman is getting paid off by Intoxalock to falsify "MAJOR VIOLATIONS" like he did to me twice & WILL TESTIFY IN COURT.
I never tested positive one time for alcohol, but his Intoxalock device failed 12 times, burned out four batteries, caused me to have it towed to their tech center four times, AND GENERATED TWO FALSE "MAJOR VIOLATIONS".
The first one was on 7-30-21 that caused me to lose my license for four months. Judge Longman accused me of "skipping a rolling retest" when his Intoxalock device failed and took a picture of my empty vehicle that I left to go into a store. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO "SKIP A ROLLING RETEST" IN A PARKED VEHICLE.
The second false violation was on 4-11-22, the day I moved 3 1/2 hours from Lapeer. I had no food in my new house. I tried to start my vehicle and it was dead. Intoxalock technicians wasted 16 days talking to me by cellphone in my vehicle all day, diagnosing it.
On the 15th day, I was so weak from not eating, that I passed out in my garage and hit my head on the concrete. I COULD HAVE DIED.
On 4-22-22, Intoxalock's Customer Advocacy Manager called and told me to have my vehicle towed to Adam's Auto and if they found that the device was defective, that Intoxalock would replace it at no charge, which they did on 4-26-22.
But then, MI SOS Hearings Judge Brian Longman accused me of "tampering/circumventing" with the device in August 2022. I told him the device failed and Intoxalock replaced it at no charge.
On 9-6-23, I compiled an extensive, 118 page evidence file with videos showing both of Judge Longman's hearings, with failures that his Intoxalock caused.
ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST SOS JUDGE NICOLE SOMA.
In 2021, Lapeer Prosecutor John Miller made me an offer to "MAKE HIS 9-8-19 FALSE ARREST WHILE I WAS IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY CASE AGAINST ME DISAPPEAR, IF I MOVE OUT OF MICHIGAN AND DON'T COME BACK".
I couldn't take his offer because Judge Soma REFUSED to give me documents allowing me to move as well as work extended hours so I could work as a journalist. For NO legal reasons, she made it impossible to work or move.

Lapeer County Michigan Prosecutor John Miller can't beat me on a malicious, false arrest perpetrated by criminal Almont Police to stop me from filing complaints against Lapeer County employees including Lapeer DHHS Supervisor Rhonda Lansing who surgically and methodically destroyed my home causing $15,000 damage.
And she illegally committed me to Medicare Part B without my permission, against my will, and above all of my objections. This has cost me $12,000 so far, and I'm stuck with paying $147/month for the rest of my life,.

In 2016, the State of Michigan allowed me to purchase a vehicle on payments, plate and insure it, but then the Secretary of State told me I couldn't drive it until I pay $4,000 in 21 year old "Driver's Responsibility" fees that I couldn't afford. Two years later that charge was rescinded as cruel and abusive taxpayer theft.
I thought I might be able to get help from the Department of Health and Human Services, so I applied for "benefits."

In June 2020, Judge Barnard held a "COVID COURT" via the internet, right in my home. I couldn't hear anything, and finally told Judge Barnard I would NEVER get justice in her court and I MADE ONE STATEMENT "WHAT ABOUT MY RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL", AND WAS IMMEDIATELY EJECTED FROM THE HEARING.

I called my Senator Kevin Daley who was my Senator when I lived in Almont. I've included him on many emails I sent to State and County Civil Servants since he was elected. I voted for him. His assistant George was very helpful and allowed me to explain my situation so I could make this evidence video. I have since moved to Isabella County and George gave me my current Senator's name, Roger Hauk, who I will call on Monday.
I'm also going to send this video to Lapeer County Circuit Judge Michael Nolan, who KNOWS this criminal Michigan Secretary of State Hearings Judge sabotaged my four-year old, unconstitutional "speedy trial" THREE TIMES. On 4-26-23, I missed opening day of my trial because I was getting Judge Brian Longman's INTOXALOCK-brand vehicle interlock device replaced because it DIED. He helped drag out this false arrest for another 1 1/2 years.
I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. INTOXALOCK EVEN SAID IT DIED AND IT WASN'T MY FAULT.
Yet this criminal Secretary of State Judge FALSELY ACCUSED ME OF "TAMPERING" with the device, AND REVOKED MY LICENSE. TODAY IS 9-23-23. I HAVE HAD HIS INTOXALOCK VEHICLE INTERLOCK DEVICE ON MY VEHICLE SINCE 2-22-21.
