Here is the video posted by The Herald News (Fall River, MA) from the Top Rope Promotions event this past Friday. As you will see Scott Hall at the Top Rope Promotions event from Friday, Hall is stumbling and bumbling around, very reminicent to Jeff Hardy's recent appearance at a TNA PPV. This past Wednesday, there were rumors online that Hall was hospitalized for a drug overdose. It has since been learned that his hospitalization was due to having very low blood pressure. His appearance Friday cant help but to make people think twice. Scotty 2 Hotty, who was also at the event, wrote this on Twitter: "Just witnessed the saddest, most embarrassing thing in my career!!!!
