Today an #interview with Marge, who lives in #Brooklyn , NY. She went throught the symptoms of the Coronavirus, and there is a probability she had it. She speaks on that, as well as on her insight to what is happening in NY right now, and also how it may impact the city in the future. Afterward, at 45:40, I show the #plans for Germany on dealing with the Coronavirus, which the German gov't has released to the public - showing a very similiar line to what is already being done in other countries. What's striking to me was the clear description of using fear, absolute panic to get the people to fall in line. Although the basis motivation is understandable, the question was if this is really ethical or the way to proceed. Thought: Who really decides over human fate, life, death and evolution? What this plan proves, is that the govt knowingly releases worst case scenarios with no recourse, throwing millions into a state of fear and survival. Also ultimately, the Government itself (supposedly protecting and working for us) are then responsible for the incessant debate in the media of and on worst case scenarios, and not the media itself, as the media is a communication channel for the government it serves.
