For many years I use little bit of soaps for my showers. I do use throughout the day for hand wash only and I try to figure out the most natural soap to buy. For the past 4 months I never use soap in all of my showers. The reason is because I run out of finances but it suits very well to stop soap for good.
Most soaps and shampoos are not healthy to use. Also Dish washes and laundry washes are poison too. Not to forget to mention any household cleaning products. Before the covidhoax plandemic I was an airbnb super host. To clean home I only used bleach, white vinegar, salt, water of course, eucalyptus oil and quite often I used Cocacola that the guests left behind. For laundry I had no option to use supermarket poison products because I could not figure out the less poison one they sell.
