Back in March 2017 was when we first embarked on this Medical Medium lifestyle. We started with the Celery Juice and Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. Then after reading Anthony’s first book the Medical Medium (https://amzn.to/2EQRNfP) we knew this is what Ben was dealing with and decided to go all in and do the 28-day cleanse he lays out in his first book. This is 28 days of raw fruits, veggies, herbs, and wild foods. We knew is was not going to be easy because we had been on the standard American diet for a lifetime. We did it! We finished end of April and felt amazing. So then the cheating happened. We went to San Diego for Ashley’s birthday where she had a party bus planned to go check out some wineries. Ben was feeling amazing so we figured why not. We piled into the bus and we were off. This is where we went wrong, Medical Medium is not a fan of alcohol - it is horrible for the liver and prevents healing from taking place. That was the first mistake. Then when we got back from the bus ride, we decided to eat some food. One of our favorite dishes is pizza! We did not pile on the meat, but there it was a lot of cheese and gluten. Boy was Ben sick the next day - throwing up, horrible migraines, panic attacks, and we had to hop a flight home the same day. In the last video we talked about Ben's healing timeline. In the video before that one we shared our story with conventional medicine. Today’s video we are going to discuss how Ben healed his Epstein-Barr Virus naturally using Medical Medium. Ben was going from doctor to doctor for year and half no answers and prescribed non effective treatments. EBV is easy to catch but hard to detect by conventional medicine. There are certain foods you want to avoid if you have EBV. Then there are fruits, veggies, herbs, and supplements that we can consume to help rid your body of EBV.
