Here is a great kettlebell combo, the dead clean into a push press. Both exercises are lower body-powered. The dead clean requires the most power and the push press is lower body and then passed on to the shoulders for the press out. You can do this kettlebell combo with light weight for cardio or you can use a heavy weight and low reps to work on power, either way, it's a great kettlebell combo to use in your training.
