HOW I TAKE COLD SHOWER:

WHY I TAKE COLD SHOWER:

This 30 day challenge was to take a cold shower (at least once a day), which I succeeded in flying colors! Well, technically I cheated because I didn't have a choice since the shower doesn't offer hot water, but nonetheless I tasted success! Better yet, I felt it.
And success is cold ;)

I take cold showers for a variety of reasons.

To this day I still take cold showers or at least I end the shower on cold. I usually end it on cold and when I do this I'll turn the water from hot to full cold and while the water is transitioning I'll have it spraying on my neck, which is my most sensitive spot. I'll then stay with the cold for a few minutes so that I get more comfortable with it and then I shut off and continue on with my day.
