A store manager is denying service to a customer with a medical condition which prohibits him from wearing a mask, ignoring the law to accommodate for medical exemptions and asking for customer's private information. The security at the mall also violated the rights of the customer by asking him to leave the premises which are open to the public. After being denied entry last time, my friend and I successfully entered the store without being denied or harassed this time. Seems like management had finally informed the staff here what the exemption policy actually is.
