As a long-time user, my sincerest wish is that Fujifilm will create cutting edge action-oriented cameras with no holds. The X-H1 was held back in many areas because it attempted to bridge the traditional Fujifilm X body style with a more programmable interface that is more reliable for action as well as events without having to deactivate certain functions.
Because of a number of improvements to Fuji designs in the GFX100 and the X-T4, I am totally white pilled for the H2 and further GFX cameras. I am at a bit of a crossroads with the x series though, but I hope this video will help illuminate what makes me optimistic.
Feel free to read my article about improvements necessary for the X-H2, here:

The subject of this video is the Sony NW-ZX300: https://www.sony.com/electronics/walkman/nw-zx300
Not long after debut, I picked up this ZX300, used, from e-Earphone in Tokyo for a substantial discount. By and large, the ZX300 is a wonderfully designed DAP with great functionality and more than a few surprising and detail-oriented functional design perks, including weather resistant gaskets, side-aligned hardware UI buttons, a smart 'card style' graphical UI, and a solid new 4,4mm balanced connector. Unfortunately, Sony screw the pooch by requiring the use of a proprietary data port, and higher-than-average amp-noise, audible through the sort of high-end sensitive earphones you want to use with it.

I picked up an M1 MacBook Air in February and have been really impressed with it. Not only does it keep cool, when the software is properly optimised, it usually keeps up with the more expensive MacBook Pro (2019 16 inch, CTO, 16GB, i9, Radeon 5500), and does it without a sound.
In this video I compare the baseline M1 MacBook Air with the expensive MBP listed above, and which has been my workhorse since selling my iMac Pro.
It does well, and now that Lightroom Classic has been updated for the M1, it even exports nearly as fast as the Intel MBP. Nice.

Recently, in EFAP #24 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8TFETlLRdA), Snowman said that NES games either sucked, or were of poor quality, and not Rags, not Mooler, not Wolf bothered to really push back. Of course, they are all young, like the little tyke, and my mate, David. But David has the sense to play, try, and push on through. Recently, he discovered, and now loves the game, Jackal. Rags, Wolf, and Mauler, eat your hearts out.
I first played Jackal right before the SNES came out. Today, Dave and I finish it on a SNES mini. The times. The times. Jackal is a classic semi-vertical, semi free-scrolling shooter introduced in the arcades. They made a wonderful NES port of it. It's a lot easier than the arcade version, but both versions are great for action, thrills, and require good timing. They strike a perfect balance between difficulty and playability.
Dave is a long-time gamer. I'm a faux-gamer. Still, we manage to complete Jackal, sans saves, or other cheats, despite doing it all on the SNES Mini Classic hardware emulator.
Dave has a Raspberry Pi or something running in an actual arcade machine, which we will be visiting later to see if we can clear the arcade version of Jackal.

///// Disclaimer: Hidizs sent both MS1 and MS4 earphones to me for the purposes of a review at Headfonics./////
Both are on discount via Kickstarter campaign. The MS1 is currently going for 99$ and the MS4, 219$. They share a 10,3mm dynamic driver core, to which the MS4 adds an array of three balanced armatures in hybrid form. To find out more, hit up Hidizs’s Kickstarter page:

The text to this video can be read, along with photos and other links, can be read below:

In 2014 the AP100 DAP introduced me to Hidizs. The AP100 was a fascinating DAP. It boasted an antiquated, yet blazingly-fast GUI, robust build, and a nice, warm sound signature. Unfortunately it hissed. A lot.
Today’s Hidizs subjects, Mermaid MS1 and MS4, are sensitive earphones that would have magnified every audible flaw in the AP100. Attached to the right source, they are brilliant-sounding earphones. Each is built around a proprietary 10,3mm dynamic driver, which powers the MS1 all on its lonesome. To it, the MS4 adds three balanced armature drivers to round out the highs and mids.
