Winter depression or seasonal affective disorder by it's technical name, is a problem that many of us are plagued by. Maybe you don't even realize, but you have a pattern of feeling down, sad, low energy etc. during winter months.
Whatever the reasons are that we suffer from this problem, the question I asked myself for this experiment was: how can I solve it? What are practical things you can do to feel better and to counter-act the seasonal affective disorder?
And since the dark, wet, cold weather is such a key factor in causing winter depression, does that mean light therapy is a valuable solution?
