Wow I had to get this one out fast! Looks like some new people want to join in too, but this record is gonna be hard to beat!!!
I built a huge MASS DRIVER to get this kerbal to the island airfield in under 20 seconds! This was a very challenging design to get to work! No cheats or KALs were used, unless you count fairing occlusion and physical time warp boosting as an exploit, which I don't, in my eyes, it is how the game works, but you can decide in the comments!
Regardless, these are our rules:
-Vessel must get to the island that the Island Airfield is on from the KSC
-Vessel must have at least one kerbal on board
-The kerbal must arrive to the island alive
-Time begins when the first stage of the vessel is activated OR when the in-game clock starts running
-Time ends the moment the manned portion of the vessel initially makes contact with the island
-The run is timed with the in-game clock
-Glitches are acceptable as long as they are specified
-Offsetting engines is not a glitch
-The game must be KSP1

Anyone is free to join our speedrun challenge, as long as you can post your videos. This is all for fun, not a legit speedrun.
