Surrounding yourself with barbed wire, motion sensors, and machine gun turrets is pointless if you give the wrong people access thinking that they are on your side. Especially in the modern world, we are channeled to online platforms-platforms that have spent billions of dollars understanding how to manipulate you and point you in a certain direction. Remember, 'the devil tempts;' this means that those who would point you in a direction for their personal gain will make it seem like you are benevolent and good for doing what they tell you to do. During meditation, you will notice the massive volume of thoughts that flit across your mind in just a few moments. You realize that if you break meditation and act on one of these thoughts, you're just picking a thought at random, at your weakest moment, and acting on it without truly doing your due diligence. So you learn that this can happen in your own mind during meditation, and it can certainly happen when you're less attentive to your own thoughts, and there are those who understand this and will take advantage of you. Practice the primal cues, practice mindful movement arts, and over time you will strengthen your mind in order to be able to attend to more and more complicated tasks without distraction and doubt.
