This is footage of the first contact with prison guards that became corrupt when I dropped the camera while riding my bike to the point in part 2. I spent all day recovering it and finally it edited. It's not the best quality after recovery but, It shows when the Troopers were called. You can clearly see the guards lied to the State Police. I'm not in their parking lot taking photos. These are the officers I filed a complaint about with their Commander. Sitting here doing nothing for an hour and failed to ID. Commander scumbag unlawfully ran my info then sent out an email saying I was harassing these officers and was suspended. Instead of being a good cop and calling me back with the info I requested and letting me know I was suspended.
