This requires an Aurora Ticket that can be obtained via Nintendo Event. With the Aurora Ticket, go to the harbor at Vermilion City and you’ll ride to Birth Island. At Birth Island, interact with the triangle and keep following it until it becomes red. Once it becomes completely red in the center, save your game in front of it. Interact while it’s red in the center and Deoxys will appear. Deoxys is on Level 30. After you capture it, Deoxys will transform into its Attack Form. Gardenia is one of the Sinnoh Leaders in the Pokémon World Tournament that can be battled in either the Sinnoh Leaders or World Leaders Tournaments. Gardenia is skilled in using Grass type Pokémon. Roserade has a combo by using Sunny Day and Weather Ball. When it uses Petal Dance, the Lum Berry will heal confusion for once. Carnivine will use Swords Dance to raise its Attack stat and Bug Bite to steal some berries. Cherrim will use Leech Seed to steal HP from opponents every turn and Substitute to use its own HP for protection. Tangrowth will use Ancientpower in case any Fire or Flying types are on the field. Leafeon will use Quick Attack to strike first and Leaf Blade for critical hits. Torterra will use Curse to power up and Outrage to repeat for 2-3 turns. A move like Ice Beam would easily sweep the entire opposing team.

Fuchsia City’s gym has a maze if invisible walls surrounding the gym leader. After battling some trainers and navigating the maze, you’ll battle the gym leader. Koga uses Poison type Pokémon. The opposing Pokémon will use Sludge to poison your Pokémon. If Weezing is low on HP, it will use Selfdestruct to inflict massive damage but make itself faint. Try using a Psychic type move, like Psybeam for example to easily knock out the opposing Pokémon. After winning, you’ll receive the Soul Badge and a TM06 (Toxic). When Toxic is used, it badly poisons the target, making the poison damage increase slowly every turn.

With the Eon Ticket, go to the shipyard in Lilycove City and the attendant will examine the ticket you have so you can be eligible to go to the Southern Island. At the Southern Island, save your game in front of the mysterious ball. Interact with the mysterious ball and Latias will arrive. Latias is on Level 50. Its signature move is Mist Ball, a move that will lower the target’s Special Attack stat 50% of the time when the move hits. Use Ultra Balls and status problems for a better capture result. Once you capture Latias, you’ll notice that it is holding a special item called Soul Dew. Soul Dew raises the Special Attack and Special Defense stats if held by Latias or Latios.
