In this episode, we were privileged to have Professor Ellis discuss his new book, "The Quest for Cosmic Dawn," which delves into the concept of Cosmic Dawn and the emergence of the first galaxies from darkness. The book cover, adorned with a captivating photograph of the observatory on Mauna Kea and a stunning image of a galaxy, perfectly captures the essence of Professor Ellis's work in observational astronomy.
