Hello wonderful people,
How are you all? I hope you've had a super weekend. Thank you so much for tuning into today's video, another cosy day at home. In today's video, I made my own homemade soup, which was delicious and if you'd like to make this yourselves, please see the recipe below -- I got this recipe from TikTok, this is not my own.
Roasted Tomato Soup Recipe:
12 medium/large tomatoes
2 bulbs of garlic (if you have a sensitivity to garlic, just use one bulb)
1 large white onion
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Basil
Cream 100ml
honey - 1 tbsp
Method:
Chop up the veggies roughly and lay them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
drizzle over a small amount of olive oil & sprinkle over salt & pepper to your liking.
pop into a preheated oven (gas mark6 6) for 30-50 minutes - depending on the power of your oven.
Once the veggies are baked, remove from oven and either use a soup blender or an actual blender to smooth out the veggies.
Once smooth add in 100ml cream of your choice (I used plant based)
Then, finally I added 1tbsp of honey (this is optional)
Heat it back up on the stove and enjoy with some bread or on its own.
