So far I lost 60 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.
After a while I am returning to working out to complete the picture of live dedicated to health and positivity.
For my OMAD ate salad, beans and meat. Quest bar with coffee.
