Then, he will continue grinding Job Points as Red Mage in Escha - Ru'Aun. He has earned a total of 336 Job Points as Red Mage so far. Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He is currently a Red Mage/White Mage. He picks up a Job Point upgrade for 8 Job Points. He has now spent 336 Job Points in total as Red Mage. He has 0 Job Points left over. Port Bastok (time 1:53): Heorot picks up a new Facility Ring from the Greeter Moogle at J-12 for 1,000 login points. Then, he teleports to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 3:10): At the auction house, Heorot picks up Scrolls of Haste II, Gain-MND, and Gain-STR. He uses them to learn the White Magic spells Haste II, Gain-MND, and Gain-STR. Then, he teleports to Eastern Adoulin. Eastern Adoulin (time 6:43): Heorot has already set Home Point #2 at H-10 near the Residential Area as his current home point. He uses the Waypoint at H-10 to teleport to the Frontier Station in Yorcia Weald, East Ulbuka Territory. Yorcia Weald (time 7:22): Heorot arrives at the Frontier Station at J-8. He rides west and then south. At I-8/J-8, he enters the Cirdas Caverns. Cirdas Caverns (time 8:38): Heorot gains control at I-7. Just west of the entrance, he examines the Castoff Point and uses "Watercrafting" to cross the poisonous water. Past this point, he turns south. At I-9, there is a Scalable Area, but Heorot can drop down without using "Climbing". In a dead end at K-11, Heorot examines the Wavering Flux target at K-11. He chooses the battlefield for "Yggdrasil Beckons". He is taken to Cirdas Caverns [U]. The Sun Yellow Pome temporary key item is lost. Cirdas Caverns [U] (time 12:01): Heorot, his Trust NPCs, and Darrcuiln make their thirteenth attempt to defeat Dhokmak. Dhokmak comes with three Malignant Acuexes. The Malignant Acuexes are susceptible to sleep. However, their physical attacks can inflict poison. Dhokmak itself uses TP attacks. Based on the guide, the Malignant Acuexes are weak to ice, while Dhokmak is weak to lightning. Heorot goes after each Malignant Acuex one at a time first while keeping the others asleep. After the Acuexes are defeated, he tries wielding the Arasy Staff while casting spells. Standing in Dhokmak's poison cloud is not a good idea. The battle ends in defeat when Darrcuiln is defeated. Heorot is ejected to Cirdas Caverns. Cirdas Caverns (time 26:25): Heorot casts Teleport-Holla to go to La Theine Plateau, Zulkheim. La Theine Plateau (time 26:59): Heorot arrives at the Crag of Holla Telepoint at K-8. He rides east. At M-8, he uses the Survival Guide to teleport to Eastern Adoulin. Eastern Adoulin (time 28:46): Heorot teleports to Leafallia, East Ulbuka Territory. Leafallia (time 30:25): Heorot examines the Aged Stump at H-8. He acquires another Sun Yellow Pome temporary key item. Then, he teleports to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago. Misareaux Coast (time 31:40): Heorot arrives at Home Point #1 at G-5. Just up the hill, he examines the Undulating Confluence to enter Escha - Ru'Aun. Escha - Ru'Aun (time 32:26): Heorot arrives at H-11. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he heads north and hunts some Eschan Il'aern. Heorot accrues 2 Job Points for an overall total of 338 Job Points earned as Red Mage. He has a current total of 2 Job Points. When he has finished for now, he uses the Undulating Confluence at H-11 to return to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago. Misareaux Coast (time 1:06:12): Heorot arrives at G-5. Just down the hill to the west, he uses Home Point #1 to teleport to Port Jeuno. Port Jeuno (time 1:06:49): Heorot trades his Crests to Shami at H-8 for storage. Then, he exits at F-8/F-9 to Lower Jeuno. Lower Jeuno (time 1:08:34): Heorot goes to Waag-Deeg's Magic at H-9. He talks to Hasim at the counter and picks up a Scroll of Gain-INT. He uses it to learn the White Magic spell Gain-INT. Next, he teleports to Port Bastok. They then paid for level 2 of Li Garte Prison's refurbishment. Following that, they carried out the standard quest "Shut-In". Now, the party will finish refurbishing Li Garte Prison for Colony 0. Then, they will gather some more Soulhacker Arts and Skills. In the process, they will explore Cape Arcaphor in the east of the Erythia Sea. The party resumes in the Central Cell in Li Garte Prison Camp, Cadensia Region. They explore the area for new dialogue. Note that No. 15 only shows his face at night, as No. 3 hints. Then, they visit Wheelideeli. They pay him 100,000 G. After a scene, the prison reaches refurbishment level 3. The Guard Quarters are upgraded. A Container is on the crates, but it seems inaccessible. The party skip travels to the Vent Entrance. They enter the vents and drop down the northeastern grate to reach the new Container. The party visits Wheelideeli again. They pay him 130,000 G. After a scene, the prison reaches refurbishment level 4. The Communal Cell Block is upgraded. The party finds a Container at the southern end of the Communal Cell Block catwalk. The party visits Wheelideeli once more. They pay him 150,000 G. Oh, my aching wallet! After a scene, the prison reaches refurbishment level 5. Further additions are added to the Central Cell. It sounds like the upgrades are now complete. The party finds a new Container at the southern end of the Central Cell catwalk. They will save it for later. Unfortunately, Segiri's ascension quest will not be available until Chapter 7. So, the party will now hunt down unique monsters for more Soulhacker Arts and some Soulhacker Skills. First, they skip travel to the Indiscreet Gombaba's grave in Millick Meadows, Aetia Region. Since Sena has reached Machine Assassin Rank 10, she switches back to Incursor for a while. The party resurrects the Indiscreet Gombaba and defeats it again. Soulhacker learns the Master Art Sumo Press, a Smash skill. Next, the party skip travels to the Phantasmagorical Rist's grave in the Cotte Trick Ruins, Great Cotte Falls, Pentelas Region. They resurrect the Phantasmagorical Rist and defeat it again. Soulhacker learns the Skill Physical Absorber, which boosts physical defense. Lanz equips it right away. The party skip travels to the Budding Francis's grave in the Great Cotte Falls. They resurrect the Budding Francis and defeat it again. Soulhacker learns the Skill Spiritual Absorber, which boosts ether defense. Lanz equips it. The party skip travels to the Hargan Point Camp in the Erythia Sea, Cadensia Region. They cook some Highly-Piley Ocean's Bounty. They skip travel to Cascade Crossroads on Cape Arcaphor. On the beach to the south, they defeat some Desert Paguls and farm an Ether Sphere for HD Ether. A new Ether Sphere shows up southwest of the Atoll Ferronis Hulk. On the southern beach, there is a Container. In the toxic marsh cavern northeast of Cascade Crossroads, the party finds a Soldier's Husk. Past the toxic marsh cavern, they take on the Covetous Gerondon, a Level 60 unique Rhana. Upon defeating it, Soulhacker learns the Class Art Aquaball. The party ascends the climbing walls to a plateau. At a Skirmish between Muskul Gogols and a Highwind Moramora, they help the Gogols for Nopon Coins. To the southwest, the party finds the Welkin Falls landmark. In the northeast of this area, they find a Container. The party approaches the eastern falls and takes on the Otherworldly Rodsin, a Level 60 unique Marrin. It can summon Abyssal Medoozes. After defeating the Otherworldly Rodsin, Soulhacker learns the Master Art Jet Stream, which inflicts Blowdown. The party returns northeast. They drop to a ledge with a Container. The party drops to the inlet below. They fight the Talkative Dirakha, a Level 63 unique monster. I messed up the first chain attack a little bit; oh, well. Upon defeating the Talkative Dirakha, Soulhacker learns the Skill Deeply Tactical, which increases TP by 5 at the start of a chain attack. Lanz equips it. Bastok Mines (time 17:18): After his weakness effect wears off, Heorot enters the Residential Area to recover his HP and MP. Mog House (time 18:26): Heorot goes back outside. Bastok Mines (time 18:40): Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Cape Teriggan, Vollbow. Cape Teriggan (time 19:26): Heorot arrives at the Vollbow Region Outpost at G-8. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he uses the nearby Field Manual to accept the Page 2 individual training to defeat 4 Robber Crabs and 5 members of the Goblin family per training regime. Afterwards, he sets out to hunt these enemies. Goblins appear in the area near the camp. Robber Crabs appear near the sea shore beyond the pass to the east. Eventually, Heorot reaches Paladin Level 68. When he has finished grinding for now, he uses the Survival Guide at G-8 to teleport back to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 59:08): Heorot teleports to Bastok Markets. Bastok Markets (time 1:00:00): Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11. Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:01:52): At the auction house, Heorot puts a stack of Fire Crystals, a Water Cluster, a Scroll of Shellra IV, and three chunks of Beitetsu up for sale. He helped out the security personnel by defeating the Atypical Beast. Then, he made his way through the Eteene Kingdom to the Royal City of Kimbel. Now, he will explore Kimbel and continue the story in the city. Davilas resumes in his house in the Azlan housing area. Outside, he checks his mail and receives gold for items that sold on the bazaar. Many thanks to the buyers! Davilas also gets back a Level 1 fan that did not sell. He just sells this fan to the nearby housing shop. At the bazaar, Davilas puts some more loot up for sale. He withdraws some money from the bank so he can hire a support party. Davilas uses the Eteenel Cube to teleport to Kimbel. Royal City of Kimbel (time 5:34): Davilas gains control at D-7 in the south. He will first explore the city in search of some treasures. Davilas enters Yonge's house at B-4 in the northwest. In the upstairs bedroom at B-4, a black chest contains a Calling Brush (呼び寄せの筆). At D-5 in town, a black chest contains 5 Mini Medals. Davilas takes them for a total of 1,362. Davilas visits the post office and receives money for a couple of items that have already sold on the bazaar. At E-5 in the middle of town, Davilas examines a Space-Time Sign to register a new Eteenel Cube destination. This is in addition to the destination he has already registered at the southern entrance to town. Davilas enters the inn at E-6. In the pub, he can go on the stage to get behind the counter. At F-6, a black chest behind the counter contains 3 Fairy's Remedies (ようせいの霊薬). The support character hiring counter is in the inn's lobby, as are the other usual pub facilities. Davilas hires a few support characters. He also rests at the inn to reach Fame Level 54. In the east of town, Davilas enters the house at G-5.
