It has some tricks but very easy to work on with the spices that we have always in our pantry. At the end what matters is your family enjoys and is happy so why not try this delicious fries.
Cooking time 30 minutes Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients 800 grams cut Potato in large size Matchsticks 800 mls vegetable Oil
To boil the Potatoes 1.5 litres Water 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp whate Sugar 0.5 tsp Baking powder
To coat the boiled Potatoes to fry 0.5 cup Cornstarch 1/4 tsp red Chili powder or use as per your taste 1/4 tsp black Pepper or use as per your taste
To season the fries 0.5 tsp Chili Powder or use to your taste 0.5 tsp fine Salt 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder 0.5 tsp black Pepper 0.5 tsp Oregon

One delicacy from Nepal and India, very easy to make it with the few ingredients. I added Prawns to give it an extra touch and flavor, it is amazing. You must try it!
Cooking time all together 30 to 40 minutes
Serves 7 to 9 people as a snack
Ingredients
3 large size Onions sliced thinly
13 tbsp Chickpeas Flour
5 tbsp Corn Starch
½ tsp Carom seeds
¼ tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 cloves Garlic and ½ tsp fresh Ginger paste
1 handful spring Coriander randomly chopped
100ml cooking Oil (Can use more or less)
140ml water (depends, you need to check)
1 tsp Table Salt
200g Prawn in your choice (chopped butterfly)
To seasoning Prawn
1tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make
Prepare all ingredients according to above.
First add sliced Onion into the large bowl, in the same bowl add all dried and chopped ingredients, start mix it until everything combine then you can see how much water we need it to add, we want to make the mix slightly think not runny. Add water then mix it well to get the consistency that we want. Keep it aside.
Prepare and season the prawn.
Next heat the flat pan in medium high heat, add oil. When it gets hot lower the heat and then start making the pancake. Add the Onion mix into the pan with a big size spoon and flatten it then add the Prawn on top and let it cook for the 2 minutes or until it gets golden in color and crispy.
Always control the heat, turn it over carefully with the prawn after 2 minutes. Cook it for 2 more minutes or a bit more to cook well and make crispy and golden in color.
Now your delicious Onion Pancake with Prawn is ready. Enjoy!

This family's favorite and staple dish is a typical recipe from my family since I remember. Chickens were homegrown and cooked in medicinal spices that we believe that cures common cold and gives strength to the body after a long day of work. It is to share with a big family! Homegrown free range chickens are so flavorful, and after you add the spices, you could add soup as much as you want and it used to be enough for everyone. I still remember those happy satisfying faces after enjoying it. Octopus Salad is a very famous Portuguese appetizer dish. I’m using Portuguese Octopus, you can use another one type if you find it hard to get. I’m making a big portion to bring to my friend birthday party. Here I show you how to cook Octopus in a very delicious way. Give it a go you will love it!
3kg of Octopus (2 Octopus 1.3kg & 1.7kg)
3 tablespoon of Vinegar
Preparation time 2 hours for a big portion
Serves 20 people as a snack
Aromatic ingredients to tender the Octopus (For 1 Octopus)
2 piece of Carrot
½ Onion
2 Bay leaves
Handful of French Garlic
Handful of Spring Coriander stems
3 cloves of crushed Garlic
1Lime zest
3 Cloves
½ teaspoon of whole Black Pepper
½ teaspoon of Salt
Water enough to cover the Octopus
Seasoning Ingredients for Salad
150 grams of Sun Dried Tomatoes diced in small cubes
2 medium sized Red Onion in small cubes
1 clean and fresh large size of Red Capsicum diced in cubes
1 Handful of Coriander
150 ml of Olive Oil
Salt at your taste
Black Pepper at your taste
