Imagine yourself in a beautiful forest with cork oaks and pine trees.
The rising sun radiates softly through the branches and covers the wood in gold.
You see a beautiful spot where it seems like the grass grew a cosy spot especially for you.
Bright green, like in spring, lights your eyes.
You can even smell this green color and it smells lovely!
You turn around and for a second you are swept away by the view from this spot.
Mountains, forest a radiating blue sky with white clouds which peacefully roll past.
And then the birds, who complete this forest. It is so enchanting.
You decide to roll out a blanket and make yourself comfortable.
The sunbeams warm your face, arms and whole body.
The scents of the forest lower your heartrate to a peaceful rhythm and the sounds of all birds, leaves, moving in the wind and all other animals bring you in a state of total peace.
Your eyes close without you noticing, to fully absorb all this warming beauty of nature, with all your senses.
