When these clients first called me I was excited to hear "Nick, I'm neighbors with one of your clients and we really love what they have "! We set up a consultation to see what they had, learn what they didn't like, but most importantly we learned what they do like.  They wanted a feature that was of impact to their yard. They wanted a place to go where they didn't feel like they were in the city. Winter is over and we get to clean our client’s ponds! We are going to take you with us as we clean multiple ponds, water gardens, and koi ponds. We will show you the difference in cleaning a pond that Pond King Water Gardens constructed versus one that was built by the "other guys". Cleaning your pond is a simple, repeatable process, that you can perform yourself. It is simple, just not easy! In this episode, we have to clean up after a winter disaster... a power outage while the client was in their winter home. The pond froze over solid, closing the gas exchange hole and sadly taking away the needed oxygen for the fish to thrive over the winter. We will show you the down side of doing your own cleaning...
