From the blue depths comes this, the Vostok Komandirskie 030598.
I do have a soft spot for Vostok, maybe due to my Russian name, maybe just due to the fact they make some fantastic timepieces, maybe both!
As usual, I do have some moans on this one, but overall a great watch, and well worth checking out.

Well, this is a first for me, I'm reviewing a watch this week I don't actually own!
This week we are looking at a new brand on the market, Relio, and their debut offering, the Relio Solstice. Relio were kind enough to lend me this watch for the review. Unfortunately, I don't get to keep it, as I really enjoyed my ten days/two weeks with it!
Now, just because they were kind enough to loan me this one, doesn't mean I'm going to give it an easy ride! It's a great watch in a lot of ways, and a hell of a debut to build on, but I did have one or two issues with the overall offering. Make sure to watch before slamming that buy button!

This Skmei 1220 watch is an homage of the Casio "Tank", which is in itself seen as somewhat of an homage to the Cartier Tank!
This watch was one of my AliExpress sale recommendations, so I've out my money where my mouth is.
This watch is a little beefier than the Casio though, wearing a bit larger, which might suit guys with bigger wrists.
