*found me some old pictures i still wanted to upload*
pinkon had great fun with this toy when she was still very small
but she quickly became too big and strong for this lightweight thing
(as you can see, we had to block it to make it usable)
the first time she saw a real mouse, she was a bit confused
i guess because a real one doesn't come on a spring :-D
practising with the toy, pinkon learned to be fast and to use her muscles
in case of a real mouse, though,
she understood that she also has to use her brain instead of just her power
and now she's a pro!
while changing the beddings, i got distracted and went on doing something else
when i came back one of my cats got tangled in the sheets
i did not have to check to know it was pinkon :-D
she was clearly stuck
i wondered what would happen
so i grabbed my camera
pinkon did not panic, but she was clearly making it worse for herself
i decided not to wait any longer until this game would not be fun anymore
so i untangled her and gave her a big hug!
she is such an entertainer!
travelling with cats is an absolute challenge
luckily, zumo has no issues at all with wearing his leading strings
that makes things much easier
he does not like to have a very small periphery though
so we cannot just put a pole with a rope attached or something like that
we really have to go for walks with him
he never shows fear of new environments
the moment we let him out,
he goes at a brisk pace
and we follow :-D
