OverView↓ → 1. Reality Check Method: Use the reality check methods explained in this video 20 times a day until it becomes a habit. Once you get used to doing it, it will eventually happen in a dream which will make it LUCID! → 2. DILD: Dream induced Lucid Dream: Always check your surroundings and environment. If anything seems off chances are you're in a dream. Once you feel like you're in a dream repeat Step 1: to make sure. → 3 MILD: Mnemonic induced Lucid Dream: Repeat every night before you fall asleep, "I will know that I am dreaming" about 10-15 times. This will trick your brain into thinking that you will indeed enter a lucid dream that night. → 4. Once you are Lucid, STAY CALM. Tell yourself over and over to remain calm.
