"He's Rounding Third an headed for Home" is the call of Marty Brennaman on the Reds Radio Network. MadTree has turned this call into an American IPA beer worthy of praise from the Cincinnati faithful. Brainmuffin reviews Rounding Third and gives a food pairing worth the wait. What is your opinion?
Previously, Bryon Lape did a live taste test of Mesomorph from APS Nutrition. Now that he's gone through a whole container, what are his thoughts?

We are not shy of poking fun at ourselves and the mess ups that happen when shooting video. Here is a collection of scenes from getting setup to do video. Sometimes the family is helpful, other times they are more in the way.
Covering scene and camera setup, introduction of upcoming content, including the breakdown of my Myers-Briggs evaluation of INTJ, hello from our new dog Tobuskiss (Toby for short), scenes from the back porch and backyard, dogs walking into the tripod, backtalking from the help and forgetting where the script went.
Enjoy. Please subscribe.

Having moved back to East Tennessee, it is time for Channel Dad Bryon Lape to review beer made instate. From Nashville comes HAP & HARRY’S TENNESSEE ALE. How good is it? What style is it? Have you seen it on Untappd?
Some information from the Hap and Harry's website (https://hapandharrys.com/tennessee-ale/):
Hap Motlow, of the legendary Jack Daniel family from Lynchburg, TN, used to tell his friend Harry Lipman, “Just like great whiskey, a great beer starts with the best ingredients – good water, choice grains and high-grade yeast . . . brewed with integrity.” As the first distributor of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey after the repeal of prohibition, Harry passed this lesson down through the generations of Lipmans, who still remain in the beverage alcohol business to this day. Hap & Harry’s Tennessee Beers honor the friendship these two men shared over a half century ago. Cheers to great friends and great beer! Enjoy some Hap & Harry’s Tennessee Ale today.

Over the years, Channel Dad Bryon Lape has reviewed many pre-workout supplements. Several subscribers recommended reviewing GAT Sports Nitraflex. Back in December (yeah, it's been that long), Bryon Lape finally acquired a container of the Orange flavor of GAT Sports Nitraflex pre-workout.
How good is GAT Nitraflex? How much of a pump did Channel Dad Bryon Lape get from the pre-workout?
Another Channel Dad Bryon Lape supplement review has hit the Internet. Get the best, unbiased opinion on fitness supplements, look no further. Bryon Lape is not sponsored nor goes gorilla marketing for any supplement manufacturer. Though he does sometimes get free samples, he is open when that occurs and nothing is hidden. Many people think strength training and endurance training are completely different and incompatible, in particular with regard to running. This isn't true, but a balance between the two types of training need to be balanced. What are the guidelines to determining what to do and when?
Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article by Danielle Zickl on the Runner's World website. She gives some information from a team of doctors lead by Kenji Doma, Ph. D, who reviewed nearly 100 studies to figure out how to balance leg day with running. Use this information as a starting point and adjust based on your fitness goals, nutritional needs, daily schedule, and body recovery ability. Remember everyone is a little different.

Jeremy of Geeks + Gamers loves to rant, usually about Star Wars and Lucasfilm. Channel Dad Bryon Lape is a founding member of The Fandom Menace, so why doesn’t he rant more? He personally knows Jeff of World Class Bullshitters and has recorded videos with him. Bryon Lape also knows the other members of the World Class Bullshitters and brought the fans together to create the podcast called The Fan Caste. He is older than Uncle Ethan as well. So why not rant more?
Ranting is negative energy and all it brings is more negativity. Jeremy may grow the Geeks and Gamers channel with his style and that is good for him. Jeff takes a more middle of the road approach with the World Class Bullshitters, but it is his factual toy videos, in particular the Star Wars toys, that has made his channel grow quite well. Channel Dad Bryon Lape takes a more positive approach to his channel and covers items that interest him. This does include Star Wars, the MCU, and other Pop Culture items, but it is not limited to that realm. Bryon Lape is also interested in Fitness, Health, Photography, Computer Generated Images (check out his DAZ Studio attempts….and yes, he is learning Blender), and Beer (craft beer and making beer). That is why his channel is varied.
But why the name “Channel Dad”? Why does Bryon Lape use that so much that he renamed his channel to reflect it? That is a most excellent question. When he decided to create a Blue Ocean Strategy for his channel, Bryon Lape decided to connect people and ideas. Though he does interviews from time to time, it is not a main thrust of his channel. Finding people with different ideas and connecting them with

Blizzard seems to always be tweaking their games. Sometimes these make sense, other times they do not. Every time, players complain, but the best players always adapt and rule. Now Overwatch's Pharah is getting her splash damage nerfed and people don't like it.

In the early days of the 2020 pandemic, there was little information going out of China. Doctors and others tried to smuggle out what was known, but the government cracked down. Western countries had very little good data when the virus spread to their countries. France and Italy shutdown. Great Britian did too, though much later. Russia closed their borders. The United States has had a mixed response.
Sweden, on the other hand, treated it like all other flu pandemics: secluded the most vulnerable, stopped large public gatherings (50 or more people), closed high schools and colleges, told their people to take precautions while in public, treated the sick with medicines that were shown to work, and went about life more or less as usual. Their mortality rate is low, though the virus has spread wider. The goal was better and more wide spread herd immunity, which will come as a result of either exposure or a vaccine. Was the Swedish response the correct one or was it completely irresponsible? Will the Swedish response result in similar results has are being experienced in San Francisco where the herd immunity is high due to early, wide-spread exposure?
Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article about the Swedish response. Johan Giesecke, Sweden’s former chief epidemiologist, responses to criticism and chose to make a science based approach. Do you think Johan Giesecke is being short-sighted? Is Sweden preserving their economy a good long term strategy? What will happen if the world plunges into a Depression? If you were in Johan Giesecke's position and had the same information, how would you proceed?
The topic of public health in response to infectious disease has wide ranging ideas and correct responses. Doctors and scientists will handle these cases differently, based on what they are trying to avoid and accomplish. Not all goals are mutually inclusive and often very difficult decisions have to be reached.
